Ark Attics is a Cape Town (Northern Suburbs) based loft conversion company.
We specialise in the design and installation of loft conversions and small additions.
Our services include: Loft Design, Plans & Approval (& Energy Calculations), Converting your roof space,
New roof installations, Roof cover, Small building additions, Insulation, Flooring, Dry walls, Dormer windows,
Skylights, Ceilings, Cupboards, Plumbing, Electrical, Staircase, Mezzanine floors, Balustrades, Timber Decks,
Car Ports, Roof Inspections & Roof Certificate (by engineer).

Architectural Plans (including Council submission & approval and Energy Calculations) are done by Grant Heyns.
(You are also welcome to use your own architect or draughtsman, but it is important to design with the loft designer)
All lofts and other building work are managed and built by Hansie Sidonie.
(This partnership started in 2013 with the building of our first loft in Tamboerskloof, Cape Town)
Roof Inspections & Roof Certificate by Clive Fester and Solly Essop.
(You are also welcome to use your own engineer - please note that he will need to get the roof plans from us)
